In 1989, the United Nations held the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The convention explained that the child “should be afforded the necessary protection and assistance so that it can fully assume its responsibilities within the community.” Four years after the fall of Marcos, this poster articulates the consequences and effects of over two decades of Marcos rule.
